Refund policy
Before buying an item from Manini, ask us any questions you may have. Look up the measurements on the item you are interested in, reach out to us for details about how a garment fits, size information, further confirmation of colour, fabric info, or if you need any more details than what we have already provided. This is to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase and less impact on the environment from returning items.
It is important to us that you feel beautiful in your Manini purchase, this is why we offer a 30-day return service for full-priced items. This policy is under the following conditions
● We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and send it back to us.
● To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and order number.
HOW TO RETURN
To start a return, contact us at online@maniniwear.com If your return is accepted, please follow these steps to return your item –
- Return item with tags attached, shipping bag and scrunchie in the order.
- Right the order number on the outside of the shipping bag.
- Email online@maniniwear.com for returns address.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
● Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
● We recommend sending your return item via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed. Manini is not responsible for returns that are not received.
● Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Manini.
● Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10
processing fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
● Orders which have used a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome Offer) are only eligible for a store credit only.
● Item/s marked as final sale – no returns, cannot be returned. If items are returned despite this policy, they will be posted back to you at an additional charge.
● Manini is unable to refund any duties and taxes paid. You can pursue a refund of duties with your local tax agency.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Each garment is carefully checked by the Manini packing team prior to dispatch, however, in the rare event you receive an incorrect or damaged item please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the fault and the corresponding order number to
online@maniniwear.com.
EXCHANGES
Manini does not provide exchanges at this stage but all returns are processed for a store credit or refund.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
PLEASE NOTE
Manini reserves the right to refuse returns at our own discretion. In the instance that your returns claim is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your cost.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
For all international orders, customs, tax and duty charges are at the customer’s cost and responsibility.
Any packages that are abandoned due to duty/tax payments will not be approved for a refund for the items or shipping costs.
