As much as we would love to help you with changes, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed through checkout.

This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed.

Picking and packing orders take 1 to 3 business days

Delivery takes between 3 to 10 days depending on where you are shipping. Please see shipping time on website for more details.

During sales time and other special events the order processing time can take longer.

Free Shipping for all Orders over $150. Please see shipping section on website for rates to shipping under $150.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

Duties/taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is being delivered to. Manini will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.

If you refuse a shipment from Manini, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

Each garment is carefully checked by the Manini packing team prior to dispatch, however, in the rare event you receive an incorrect or damaged item please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the fault and the corresponding order number to online@maniniwear.com

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your Manini purchase, this is why we offer a 30-day return service for full-priced items. Please read through our return policy.

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per our the terms of our Returns Policy
